Xu Duan and Will are back from their research trip of mediterranean wine and food. And yes, they can tell you that the Mediterranean does indeed have wine and food. Lots of it. Will is inspired to bring some of those flavours to the Vineyard but is currently embroiled in moutains of admin work which he is hacking through with a blunt tea spoon. Another probem is that the kitchen is so busy that there is no time for experimentation and realisation of ideas - this will have to be done in the new Vineyard office which has 2 experimentation and realisation rooms - one for food and the other one - well that is a secret.
